Magnus Bjornsson

Born in Iceland,  Magnus has a Master degree in Architecture from Norway in the early 1970s. His Masters Thesis was likely the first attempt at comprehensive circularity in human development, activity, and environment ever attempted. It was bought by five different government institutions in 1972, to serve as a model for future planning in Iceland. Magnus is solutions driven. He has over 50 years of experience in innovative design solutions with harmony between between buildings, human living and environment as a central theme throughout his career. In Australia, he held jobs like Head of Town Planning for Brisbane City Council, and later designed and implemented a number of prefab housings in Queensland. Magnus speaks Icelandic, English, German, Norwegian and has been practicing Mandarin for over a decade.
