“I never meant to become the biggest, but I’d like to consistently deliver homes with leading and consistent standards.” Bradley Smith founded his own building company on the Gold Coast in the 1970s. Since then he’s involved in multiple landmark hospitality resorts, shopping centres and multi-million dollar homes for Queenslanders. He continued to operate as a local builder till his retirement in the 2010s. However, the idea of Modern Construction Methods and the hardship in Australian building industry to prove productivity and affordability got him out of his comfortable retirement lifestyle and rekindled his passion for building with leadership.
