We adopt 3 of the most efficient digital software for Building Information Modelling, and pre-define kit-of-parts that will later maximize the representation of physical counterparts and interactions between parts. It will also help achieve collaborative, integrated and optimized design and delivery amongst key stakeholders.
Automated Production Line
We oversee the entire manufacturing process with our supply chain partner, to ensure the digital design data can be seamlessly translated to the automation-enabled manufacturing factory for streamlined production, resilient/flexible manufacturing and precise customization. Procedures like welding and plate-nailing have achieved full automation, and a small number of robotics have also been deployed.
